1. Leave all appliance manuals, keys, garage door openers for new owners
2. Fill out application from Post office to forward old address mail to new address
3. Income Tax Department - change of address
4. Medical Plan - change of address
5. Government Agencies/Canadian Pension Plan - change of address
6. Health Insurance - change of address
7. Vehicle Registry and car insurance - change of address.
8. Drivers license - change of address
9. Newspaper - Cancel, re-directs or re-subscribe as required
10. Banks - change of address and/or transfer
11. Credit cards - change of address
12. Charge cards - change of address
13. Finance Companies - change of address
14. Life Insurance - change of address
15. Doctor and other physicians/veterinarian- change of address
16. Lawyer - change of address or re-direct
17. Insurance Agencies - change of address or re-direct
18. Electricity Provider- change of address
19. Gas Company - change of address
20. Water Company - change of address
21. Cable/TV/Internet providers - change of address/re-start or cancel
22. Friends and Relatives - change of address
23. Call moving company and arrange dates for packing and moving
24. Collect boxes, bubbles wrap for packing and tape or order boxes and moving supplies from moving company
25. Telephone/Fax number -transfer old numbers to new address or set up new ones. Arrange dates for service call.
26. Alarm Company and Security Services - change of address or set up
27. Make a list of emergency telephone numbers. Display them by each telephone
