West Vancouver

The District of West Vancouver offers truly beautiful homes and properties to go with world-class views. The views stretch from Vancouver Island to the west and over to majestic Mt. Baker in the east. The sunsets are magnificent, and can be equally appreciated from the top of Cypress Bowl Mountain or from the waterfront at Ambleside Beach. The villages of Ambleside and Dundarave are charming, offering plenty of enjoyable shopping. There are also many outdoor community events occurring throughout the year. West Vancouver is strictly a residential community. There are no industrial areas. Many people that live here work in downtown Vancouver, a quick trip over the Lions Gate Bridge, which is only twenty minutes away.

North Vancouver

The City and District of North Vancouver are two separate communities but share the same spirit and abundant natural resources that make up North Vancouver. From the cozy waterfront properties of Deep Cove with breathtaking views overlooking Indian Arm, one traverses west to the Lonsdale region of North Vancouver where majestic views of Vancouver's downtown skyline are to be enjoyed. There are many parks to enjoy in North Vancouver as well as excellent ethnic cuisine from Europe and Asia. For those who choose to visit Downtown Vancouver, there is a SeaBus which conveniently awaits at the foot of Lonsdale and provides a fifteen minute commute to the heart of the city. Here there is always something for someone to enjoy!
